ITS does not initiate communications without client authorization and does not sell contact lists.

5. AI & Automation Services

We integrate AI technologies (including OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, and others) to provide automation, summarization, chat, and voice capabilities. Data processed by AI services is used solely to provide requested functionality and is handled in accordance with applicable provider policies.

6. Third-Party Services

We may share data with trusted third parties strictly as necessary to provide our Services, including:

  • GoHighLevel (core SaaS platform)

  • Twilio / Amazon Connect (SMS and voice)

  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest (social media APIs and advertising)

  • Google Services

  • AI Providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, ElevenLabs)

  • Payment Processors (Stripe, PayPal)

These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Clients may request deletion of their data subject to contractual and legal requirements.
