Description of Services

Integrated Technology Solutions LLC is a technology consulting and automation services company specializing in AI-driven customer communication systems, cloud architecture, workflow automation, and customer engagement technologies. We design, implement, and manage solutions that enhance voice, SMS, MMS, chat, email, CRM, and social integrations for businesses across multiple industries.

When individuals opt in to receive communications from Integrated Technology Solutions LLC or from one of our authorized client accounts, they may receive transactional, service-related, or informational messages, including but not limited to:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Service notifications and account updates

  • Responses to inquiries

  • Operational alerts

  • Onboarding communications

  • Limited marketing messages (only where explicit consent has been provided)

Message frequency varies based on service usage and interaction.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Services Provided

Integrated Technology Solutions LLC provides:

  • Managed automation and customer communication services

  • White-labeled SaaS accounts via GoHighLevel

  • AI-powered workflows

  • SMS, MMS, voice, email, and social integrations

  • Contact center modernization and system integrations

Services may be modified, updated, or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Maintain security of login credentials

  • Obtain and maintain valid prior express consent for SMS, MMS, voice, email, and automated communications in accordance with TCPA, CTIA guidelines, carrier rules, and applicable laws

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes

  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and international laws

4. SMS, MMS & Automated Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS, MMS, or automated communications from Integrated Technology Solutions LLC or its authorized client accounts, you agree to the following:

4.1 Consent

All messaging is sent only to individuals who have provided valid, prior express consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Integrated Technology Solutions LLC does not permit the use of purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party contact lists.

4.2 Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the sending number.

After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

If you want to join again, simply sign up using the original opt-in method, and we will resume sending SMS messages.

4.4 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services, appointments, account activity, campaigns, or support requests.

4.5 Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

4.6 Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside the control of Integrated Technology Solutions LLC.

4.7 Compliance & Suspension

Messaging services are subject to carrier rules, The Campaign Registry (TCR) requirements, and applicable telecommunications laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate messaging services immediately if a campaign, message content, or account violates carrier policies or regulatory standards.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services for:

  • Spam or unsolicited messaging

  • Robocalls without consent

  • Fraudulent or deceptive activities

  • Harassment, hate speech, or abusive content

  • Circumventing opt-out mechanisms

  • Ignoring STOP requests

  • Sending messages after consent has been revoked

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

6. Age Restrictions

The Services are intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

7. Fees & Payments

Fees may include setup fees, subscriptions, usage-based fees, and one-time charges.

Payments are processed via Stripe and/or PayPal.

Late or failed payments may result in suspension of Services.

8. White-Label & SaaS Accounts

Clients using white-labeled accounts:

  • Do not own the underlying platform

  • May not resell or sublicense without written approval

  • Are responsible for their sub-users and end customers

9. Intellectual Property

All software, workflows, templates, branding, and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of Integrated Technology Solutions LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Data & Privacy

Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. Clients remain the data controller of their customer data. Integrated Technology Solutions LLC acts as a service provider/processor.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services:

  • For violations of these Terms

  • For non-payment

  • To comply with legal requirements

  • To protect platform integrity

Termination does not relieve payment obligations.

12. Disclaimers

Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific business results, or revenue outcomes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrated Technology Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the prior 12 months.

14. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Integrated Technology Solutions LLC from claims arising from:

  • Client content or communications

  • Violations of law

  • Misuse of the Services

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
